Burkinabe architect Diébédo Francis Kéré wins the Pritzker Prize

The Pritzker Prizethe most prestigious award in architecture, was won by Burkinabé Diebedo Francis Kere. Consecration for the 56-year-old architect, known for his sustainable designs, serving local populations. The jury wanted to salute his work which aims to “correct social inequalities”. He is the first African to win this honor.
